Lex in Sydney I've had my unit for about 6 weeks now. It's great as a PDA but yesterday I had a problem with the sync function that I still have not been able to resolve. The help file and manual do not address the "synchronization error" message that I keep getting. This is irritating the hell out of me because I need to do a sync every day. So any help would be appreciated.

The other features: (1) lousy (and I mean absolutely terrible) phone reception and lousy connection for both myself and the other party (2) the camera is only OK (3) the earphones suck big time. When I first saw them I thought someone had made a mistake, the quality and feel was so bad. They don't even fit properly in the ears. (4) the documentation that came with it could really be improved. I find myself resigned to having to visit user forums like this one whenever I have a problem.

Overall rating: I would give it 6.5 out of 10. HP should really get its act together. This is the kind of rating you might expect from a less prestigious brand. Keep this up and HP will find itself classed among those other brands pretty soon, if it isn't happening already.

John This phone is pretty good unless you get SMS messages. The customer service at Alcatel in Melbourne is an absolute joke. They admitted that the phone was defective when launched and that new software would fix the problem. 12 months warranty and guess what? Phone out of warranty. Still they said if I sent it to them they would fix the problem ... $45 + postage and return, about $9. So for $54 I could get them to fix my message sound, trouble if I bought a second one at the time for my wife so to get both the phones fixed, $108.00. Stick it Alcatel.

sophie I cant find out how to compose ringtones...the numbers and letters are odd!!!

uncle sam-sung I love my little x660, it lets me take pretty pics and videos, send them off as MMS, I can even get cool mp3 ringtones and use animated screensavers as phone background! Now how cool is that! So everytime I flip open my fone I got something nice to look at.

The external LCD is a bonus, Samsung really pampers their customers with this entry level phone that has almost mid-range features. So for the price, it's a great buy.

I highly recommend this phone!

Jan I need help. I have a navigation system on my S100 and a Bluetooth headset (Logitech). Iwant to hear the voice from the navigation as well i like to have teh headset connected to the phone. How to do????

Shaun Very Stylish phone with all needed office applications - Giving Women a chance to have a good looking phone not to big but also packed with all the office needs.
