Sound from ringtone or mp3 is much too soft, battery need charging every day, and now my phone will not take pictures, i don't know why. I must go to Samsung to have it repaired.
Jarrett I know that the phone is crap and I got ripped off, but does anyone know how to fix it because it has no reception at all and the screen say it has no service, even though the sim works fine on another phone? Maybe something with the settings, or just a true piece of SH*T

if you are in australia dont buy. service is appalling, I had to argue with service company in Australia (ACCORD) and O2 in singapore with neither prepared to make decision. 4 weeks later I got a decision. 4 more weeks and still O2 havent sent the new part. 8 weeks without a phone/PDA!!
