wong i have had this phone for 1 year now.
at 9 months, the keypad broke off, at 11 months the phone had a battery life of just 5 hours. the design of the keypad is lousy. i think it's just my phone. But overall, it's a great all in one phone. quicksheet for excel files were really great (third party software). i would say get the P910I or the latest P990 if you want a symbian based phone.

mr293 The worst phone ever!! There is loud humming sound, the keys are clumsy and the phone keep going on wireless mode from the slightest touch of the phone.
