Johnny M I brought this phone 6 weeks ago. Everything works fine. Setting up the LG agent software was pretty easy, once thats done you can download MP3, wallpapers, and MIDI's to the phone. The one thing I found out was that some MIDI file may not play on the phone - but they seems to be the ones with 12 channels or more.
The reception is very good, the battery life is ok - especially with 2 screens. The previous phones I have had Nokia, Motorola , SonyEricsson cannot compare. The twin speaker gives reason music quality if you like to play your MP3's out loud.
Overall, my best mobile phone to date.
paul j has anyone out there found a hands free kit yet? i have!! but would like an earpiece, like a blue tooth, not an ear plug. can anyone help? i have one for my works mobile but it is standard jack pin. the e300 has changed the pin, for some reason!!!
mark Hi, just wondering, i have received my serene today, still waiting for the charge to complete. however can someone tell me how to open it when auto open is selected. i know its automatic, but to start it off, what do you need to do, do you need to open it a little then it continues automatically. the manual mentions semi auto, but reviews say give it a nudge, so im not sure im doing it right, if anyone can let me know, it would be much appreciated

elmazi i have this phone and it"s very good
brynn ive donated mine to chrity a month ago.it served me well,not one problem,that tower of hannoi was hard.the batteries wre completly spent,i suppose the 3 batteries are now the lithium ion .been thru many phones the siemens s45 best.now using moto e1000 and nokia 6630 + orange c500.just wish this e1000 had an extended battery ?
jenny I bought the phone - loved the phone - then the static issue. Had it less that 2 months. Couldn't be fixed. Awful static. Recommend stay away from this phone. Very disappointed.
