misunderstanding its really very nice
akla i had mine in 1999..i love it so much, it was stolen when i was busy playing bowling with my frens.. the problem is, it is too big to fit in my front pocket..after that i remind myself not to buy big phones..hmm.. i'll 9300 instead 9500 next month...
viv regarding volume (on call), make sure volume is at highest. When on call, just press the up volume button at the side and you will be able to see if you are at low volume.
I think this wil help tremendously, unless you have a defected product.
