treo user I had the Treo 650 with verizon and i loved it because its windows based but it got poor reception i had to walk out in the driveway to get one bar but since i swiched to cingular i had to get the 650 and honesly i like it better and i get atleast 4 bars at all times..so its not the phone its the carrier u got..

Lee I am getting that preview error aswell, but closing the flap to 90 degress and selecting take photos seems to stop it, you have to do it each time though?? Mine may not be a serious as others or could be a bit of luck but give it a go!!
