network, which runs parralel to existing GSM infrastructure.
The benefits are an always-on connection to WAP services and, in ideal conditions
at least, faster data transfer rates compared to that over the GSM network.
Bt Cellnet recently launched the first consumer GPRS service in the UK!

Loftus-CHCH heyz~ my dad won this phone in a golf game..i really need a new phone as mine has been giving some sort of trouble..i actually haven't seen this phone before until i got into this website..as it is stated,this phone has an USB port~ i'd like to know if i would have to buy a cable to set it up to a laptop??mp3 or what-so-ever does not worry but i need the USB port to transfer pictures from the phone to my laptop as i am overseas and would like to send pics over to my family.i am looking forward for a reply.

Again this is totally crap from a user that haven't use 5 seconds with this phone. YES it still has the well known Nokia connector for the charger. My god there are so many reviews with so many faults here.
Use your mind and don't put too much attension to most of the reviews here.
z^t if i call 10-15 minutes/day and don't play mp3 the battery last 3.5-4 days. i think it's enough.

So I know this is a GSM phone, but is it a GSM worldphone? Basically, can I use it in both the States and Europe? I bought it in Europe, but haven't tried using it in the States yet, and was wondering how I might go about doing so.
