x-avier i d´ont have it but having work at....costumer service i gotta say that there´s been many complaints about this particular phone, reason enough not to choose this phone, at least for me....that´s what i advise....

<unknown> Bird is a useless manufacturer of worthless trashy phones. The after sales is bad, and yes its cheap...you maybe able to buy it easily but u ll have to throw it and geturself a new phone every 6 months..so in the end, its better to spend 3 times the price and get a nokia that'll last you atleast 3 years

<unknown> right ok i love the phone but i don't know whether it's just my handset(please someone tell me if it is !) but i find it a tad annoying that when u close it, it doesn't close the application your on AND when if u close it when making a call, it wont end the call. i know that sounds really picky but i forgot, carry on doing what i was doing and the person on the other end is like 'erm...?'
