Austin Weitzenkorn I just got this phone and im having a problem having it connect to my cingular service. All i get is "searching" on the screen and ocassionally it will say im connnected to "cingular" (cingular is my phone company) but still my calls wont go through. And then it will got to "emergency only" calling. Any Ideas?

Orange Very nice design! But how come it has only 1.5MB memory? How come it has no infrared port? wth 10g heavier to add an infrared port is acceptable. Nowadays, mp3 ringtone support is essential.

don i had this phone for at least 4 months i really like this phone its light and simple the problem that i have is that the phone is not ringing at all it vibrates but it doesnt ring i tried several times to change the ring tone to see if i could fix by doing that and the volumen doesnt goes up and down i would like to know if there is a way to fix it by doing a software update to the phone the phone has never been drop or physically damaged for my understanding i would like to know if someone had the same problem as i do but the phone is great as i said before the only problem would be that is very fragile.

Amitava Sil whenever i am on roaming, it's reception of network signal is so poor that it always displays "No Service" or "Emergency Only". I have heard that it can receive network signals on roaming with little software tweaking! can anyone help?

I have been using this phone for a year.Off late, I tried to enter a code for keypad lock.It asks for a PUK No which I do not know,hence i am unable use the phone until I crack the code.What is this PUK No. & how do I know the same ??
