End User Q-tek delivers some good devices, the only thing they lack is a good support division. If you have a problem with your Q-tek it seems as if Q-tek doesn't exist. It would be nice to have a national Helpdesk, service centre so that if you have any questions or are looking for some settings or a rom update, they'll be there to help..

toshmom hi. sorry i just realised i didn't explain what i meant by "user interface". specifically, i meant when you're typing out an sms:
* in t9 predictive text
do you know how many word options you have? eg. when you want the word "tree", you have 3 options and the interface tells you which option you are currently at --> "tree" is the 2/3 (2nd out of 3) option, and you can actually see this at the bottom of your screen as you type.
* in regular abc-style typing
if you want to choose the letter "k", will the interface show you a row of letters when you press the number "5" button? ie. you will see J K L 5 and you immediately know you have to press the "5" button twice to get to the letter "k"

David Nkhata I found Samsung phones to be very user friendly and durable, not to mention the beauty!
Lucky I ordered a SE V800 and i keep hearing about updating the Firmware from SE website to the Z800 to increase performance and other features. What is the down side of doing this? Any consecuencies besides warranty? I also want to sync with my MAC i dont find any of the software to mgmt files, sync etc for MAC. I will really appretiate help on this. I will be asking more next week once i receive the phone. Thanks to all.
