Don This phone is very good. Everybody who buys it is in advantage because of the very good sculpure and excellent functions. I can only mention the pros of this phone because there are no cons.
1) Very good design (maybe excellent)
2) Excellent camera fuction (because of its rotation)
3) Beautiful menu graphics
4) High resolution screen
5) Not heavy
6) Nice colour
7) Good memory capacity
I have just bought this cell and I am delighted with it. I think that it's much better than an old nokia I had (Nokia 3220). This is by far the best cell I've ever had in my life.
<unknown> This phone is the best! I love this phone. i've had it for years and it still works. All my girlfriends think it looks soo stylish. The camera is excellent quality and the screen is so big, Its like a tv! I wish they come out with one as reliable as this phone because its worth the money! Yaaah Vapsheh!
bh isn't it ironic that the color screen 2610 has 3mb memory while the monochrome screen 1112 has 4mb memory???!!!

Dave This is a little addition to a previous comment, after exaustive searches of the siemens website i managed to find out where they hid the vibrate alert, it is listed under the silent alert menu, i imagine this has confused many users as i expected this to be like a nokia silent profile, cancelling all ringtones. but its just the way siemens decided to list its vibrate function. pity there was no menion of this in the manuals index under vibration.

A990 is the CDMA version of Z710, it means that: If you live in USA you can buy this phone and you have CDMA2000 1x 3g services, it means: is better than UMTS and WCDMA in data transfer speeds, its an advantage... its a pity because the most used tech is GSM
andy v. What's your cable code(cifres)?Did you tried MPAS?If you got a miniSD you need only the drivers and "cle USB"setting in your phone.PC=>minSD and vice-versa.

far bout the USB, maybe u all can try choosing the option.. there u can choose either 1. mass storage 2. PC sync or 3. GPRS data... the default is mass storage of coz.. but some countries are not same.. if really cannot then u hav to go back to the shop n ask for support. my inno A10 works perfectly n its 100% fine till now.. (abt a month more i own tis fone)
As for the firmware.. some countries has different loading screen. e.g. in HK, its a short music video by a HK singing group call "cookies", for me, in malaysia.. its the original loading screen wif the word innostream then the Mp3 bubbles...
