mobileguru I have been using this phone for 2 weeks and quite satisfied with its overall functions. My only complaint is about its D-Pad, which does not seem to work well when pressed upwards. Plus it is creaky and does not satisfy your aesthetics. Please tell me if I am the only one having this problem or any of you guys have also experienced this problem with the D-Pad. Thanks

^_^ nice phone.. great features.. only thing is the 4mb memory.. too little.. others r great.. especially when u can get a 256k phone wit only so cheap price compared 2 SE n nokia which r normally only 56k.. i think 56k is really really lousy.. n the SE battery doesn't stand long.. not like what alc offers.. in short, ALCATEL RULEZ!!

Inti Hi, I have a problem with sam. D410; the screen goes white and I can't hear the person i'm talking to. They can hear me though, plus I've to use headsets to hear them. I could barely go to my phonebook since the white screen shows up. I can't even send it to my phone providers since they don't have this kind of phone. There is no phone providers that stand behind this phone. Therefore, they can't fix it. I bought it in Africa and I live in Canada and I wanted to know what would be the next step to take to get the manufactured warranty, I still have the 1 yr warranty. I do have the receipt and the box. Plus, I called the 1-800-samsung and they said they only fix US phones. Please help me, I spent a fortune on this phone.
