nEIL In reply to the various questions, this might help you. To activate the GPRS you have to contact the provider(vodaphone, O2 etc). For downloads to a pc with a data cable press the button in the middle, then Applications, then PC Link, then Data cable. As far as the Infra red is concerned I believe that it only works with a Infra red USB connection to download info to a pc, not phone to phone. I hope this lot helps.
robindhingra i purchased the cell and returned in the next half hour the model is just good looking only and features and performance is very very poor that its good only at the shop of seller not at the home of customer and i wont suggest anyone to buy this set.
Nick you guys talked about photo caller id on this phone, but i don't seem to know where it's at on the menu. can you guys help me out here and tell me where to use that option at?

HandyDad It is my understanding (through scanning the pocket pc sites) the i-mate is much more stable due to their ROM. Hope this helps.

Miguel Basic, but great. I bought mine more than two years ago, and never have had a problem with it. Almost unbreakable! It is a bit old-fashioned now, but if you need a reliable phone just for calls and SMS, then you should get a C25.
