rita hutchings I have always used nokia and eriksons this is the first time i have used a samsung and im not impressed the charger has stopped working and i have bearly had the phone for 4months. i haved called in for a replacement and i have been told it may take up to 10 days, so im going to have to buy another one as i need my phone for work. not a very happy customer.

Ken I got this phone and it is so cute and funky looking. The music implementation is good and too bad it does not support ID tag. It does not sort album, artiste and music genre. Anyway, it does support playlist and shuffle function.
The stereo sound is good enough though from the speaker (is loud) and thru bundle stereo headphones.

Chantelle well i got the black samsungE340, and it looks much better than the silver. I love the mp3 player, the bluetooth works wonderfull, everything about this phone is amazing. Well dont Samsung on creating yet another fab fone.
