Mark Collier A superb bit of kit, except for the ugly tangle of wire you need to use to accept or make a phone call. This is frustrating enough to throw it away at times. The MIPS processor is also a problem because your stuck with PocketPC 3.0 and there are issues with the connectivity here which are resolved with PocketPC 2002.

Filip I bought this phone three days ago 'coz I really wanted a Motorola. I ignored the bad comments but yesterday, the keyboard light stopped working at times. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. I have taken no risk and took it to the shop where I had the choice between a Panasonic and a Samsung. Because I've had many Pana's, I took the Samsung, just to see if it's better. Someday, maybe, I'll buy a Motorola again, but a more expensive model, these are of much better quality. For now, I doubt the reliability of the V180, I think you better buy the V620!
