Muhammad Adam Ali I have just purchased samsung ZV10. It is a nice set, no doubt. But the problem with batterry is unbarrable. How can I incraese the battery life? Will it harm the battery for charging it for 8 hours where it becomes full after 2 hours?
Next problem is with installing the new application. I can not copy new program software in the application folder. I have downloaded the software in the other document folder where it can not be activated. Can any body siuggest me in this regard!
Anoather problem, in the subcontinent, it is probably not new set what we get. So be careful before buying this set from Asia.
James This phone is sheer brilliance. The camera and video recording facilities are superb. To be quite honest, it is even better than the w800i (Motorola) which I had on contract. Its simple design is fantastic and the interface is also very easy to use unlike other phones. Moreover, it is priced at £150 which is incredible, considering its performance. I would recommend this phone to anyone!

kashmira my phone is saying no service. i thought it was the sim card and done a sim swop. but it's still saying no service. and the battery runs down very quick. my warranty expires end of november 2001.
