Syah I've been using this phone for abt 3-4weeks now, so far no problems. The software is lightning fast compared to my Moto E398. Great value, nice design, great camera, huge keypad with neat design. I have no regrets buying it although I used to hate flip fones. The case is a bit easily scratched. Flawless! I love it.

i believe the problem is like DW said because the phone is "unlocked" thats why we are experiencing these kind of problems. i have the exact same problems as you guys and have tried with both T-Mobile AND Cingular (blank SMS and not seeing VM iconetc.) so it's probably because of the phone.
