Samsung E310 Product Reviews

<unknown> its awesome

ajoy 1. It is funny, but I can not set any mp3 files as ringtone. Is it possible that it does not support it?! Please answer me

it only support *.wav format :)

2. i just wnaa ask, should i buy this o2 or nokia 6708, plz tell me , which one sounds great, i mean the mp3 quality, also tell whts the extra benefits of having a pocket pc like this instead of 6708 or any other pda, wht's the main aim of pocket pc!

Just buy this o2, i just sell my n6708. it su*k. Just support wap connection, not even a gprs. So i dont see any reason why you want to buy that phone.

Gergo Miklosi We are looking for a software to connect my ST60 through an RS232 cable with our computer. Any ideas?
thanks Gergo

Danny Great phone !! I'm using it for 2.5 years & I'm a sound engineer. The flashlight & sound meter from 5100 is THE MOST usefull tools for me. The sound meter in loud noise setting is accurate enough when I compare it with Neutrik Minilyser overall SPL C-weighting (the 5100 usually 2 dB lower). But I often use it for checking the broken driver / out of phase between multiple drivers that usually found in subwoofers. The durability is just awesome. The flashlight is just okay, brigther is always better, but it's okay. The thermometer is accurate. I'm a very busy person, so I need a quick keypad / system response for a quick execution SMS. 5100 is the best cellphone for that ! You can abuse it but it still works perfect and helps your work.
I'm buying the new 5140, let's see how is it going comparing with 5100.....

nakedsanta Well, i have this phone for 3 weeks now, got it for free, i had to choose between this and a siemens mc60...i didn`t have to think for a sec...i mean, c`mon, i need a phone for calling, and sending messages, after all, that's the primary purpose of a phone, right? well, with this one, it's very easy, writting a message is child play, and the signal is great (at least, i had no probs). altough the siemens was also free, and had a colour screen and camera, it ain't that good. i had nokia's and siemens'es before. nokia are very strong built. dropped them on the stars, got'em wet, put them to extrem shocks, and they passed everything great...not the same happened for the siemens'es (killed 5 till now - RIP). So, my opinion, if u need a phone that's strong, small, light, and u need it to make calls, receive callss, send and receive messages, then this is the phone for u...if u need useless gadgets (camera ? no thanks, till now i found no phone able to beat my sony digital camera - 8 mpx ;), mp3player ? buy an ipod), go ahea, buy a phone with lotz of gadgets, but don`t come around cryin` that your phone swtitched off during an important call, because your battery died. That`s all i had to say. Regards from romania

anna how do we set up mms

CESAR what a waste of time in making poor featured phones...tha camera isnīt all.

bandit Build quality is sh1t. I put this phone in my front pocket and sat down. The inside LCD screen broke!

Andrew Like the phone very much, just customized it, UI kinda slow, but i can deal with, got a deal on this phone. The black exterior is really attractive, have great reception with the FM. Great battery life. Great upgrade from the 6101. Will keep this phone for a while. All feature packed, bluetooth, and all those stuff.

My only complaint is it seems you cant turn off the camera shutter sound and its hard to pair a bluetooth headset with it. The charger socket is very different with other nokia phones, u need to buy an adapter to charge the phone. For Obex, its very easy, all my bluetooth phones found it and successfully transferred files

Mo Hi!!!
I hav had dis fone b4 it was good but i returned coz every1 sed it was a brick, do u think it is a brick.
Do u know where I can buy the phone on pay as u go from in the UK only?
Thanks!!!
