david hi all,
i have been using its earlier generation (a388c) & am thinking about upgrading. has anyone out there done exactly the same? & if yes, how has your experience been? my 388 still works fine, so if there isn't much improvement i'll just stay put. the only problem i have with the 388 is that i still haven't been able to sync it with my pc ..... any suggestions? my last question is: i live in the US, anyone know a good dealer for this phone with good offers?? any suggestions are much appreciated.

zaisacs i love this phone!!! i have this phone for 7 months now and im really having a lot of fun with this phone.. i really like it though there are really some flaws but it doesnt affect its performance.. im planning to buy a new phone like sony ericsson v800 or z800 but id like to keep this one.. it got everything i need from this phone except 3g thats why im getting a 3g phone.. hope this will be helpful to others.. 6260 the best!!!

S This phone would be great as a nice cheap prepaid bundle. It's design is very bubbled and ugly lookin. The 6230 is a much nicer design nd phone.

Mpx200 owner I have owned this phone for well over a year and have been constantly dissapointed with it. The OS is slow. It typically locks up or hangs for long periods of time - sometimes forcing me to pull the battery out. It also doesn't keep a signal very well - this could be due to Cingular's coverage, but I have seen folks with other non Motorola GSM phones on teh same network getting much better service. My girlfriend's BlackBerrry works in many places this phone doesn't, and we are both on Cingular. I could complain about this phone for a long time, luckily it is an old model and people probably aren't buying these things anymore. I just know the experience I have had with this phone is making me steer clear of any other Motorola phones in the future.

YOSFA i got 3310, i drop it like 4 times every week, throw it around and treat it like crap yet it never bailed on me, i dont hate modern technology, but just nominate somthing as reliable as a 3310..
