DeltaSlyHoney I'm running a SanDisk 2GB SD card in my Qtek S100 (which is the same as the i-mate Jam) with no problems.
Jacky The built-in MP3 player software has the 2 following functions: a 6-mode equalizer and a 6-mode surround... It has a stereo speaker as well.
Menu and sms language only in English and Japanese.
the 5 tiny buttons on the "Head" of the phone controls the mp3 player while the clamshell is closed, the keys can be locked if u wanna put the phone into your pocket...
Mel Bad things about the A20. The software colours look good, but the software navigation could be better and not very smart and intuitive - too many steps to achieve simple functions. (maybe this could be configured through SW upgrade - I got mine SW version based on Southall configuration,which kind of sucks!) All other standard functions of the phone except multimedia functions are just ordinary and nothing exceptional. The phone speakers have problems as there is NO sound without plugging headphones. Incoming calls will ring and one can hear from the speaker, but when answered no sound from speakers unless one turn on speakerphone!! or put on headphones!!....Some software bug. The MIDI sound is the WORST of all handphones...weak and childish sounding....Innostream used to used YAMAHA Chipset in their earlier models like INNO-90, which has the BEST MIDI sound of any handphones i heard!!...but A20 MIDI is like 10 years back technology. The PC sync software is crappy and lousy. Nothing special and worst than previous PC sync software. A20 tries to cramp all the pics you taken or upload and as a result the quality of the picture is squeeze and looks terrible.
GOOD things - MP3 player, Video camcorder, and still shots...the rest of it range from average to crappy (especially MIDI sounds!)

edward I have been handling this phone for about three years and i have not come accross any problem in this phone. I think that it is just the phone that atheletes like me might want. The only problem is with the red coloured X-pres on shells. Their red colour fades away. Rest all is nice and well Other colours like Wave blue(the one i am using) retains its colour. If you are thinking that this phone is outdated then let me tell you only three upper models of this phone have come(5100, 5140, 5140i) which are better than this durable phone. 5210 is another name for durability.

Mia This phone is good i have had it for about 3 years.IT has a great quality camera and like others may have said it seems like it has a flash. My only problem is that many phone that came out at the same time have bluetooth and infrared, yet with this phone neither are available. In general this is a great cell phone, sure the design may not be as good as the other phones that came out that year, it has an extremely hight quality.If your looking for a nice basic design phone with great quality this is the phone to buy for questions im here to answer
