Hi Kohn! If u want to have a 3G technology on ur hand, first u need to buy a 3G-enabled phone.. that is the UMTS/WCDMA phone, normally it has two cameras for bar type or one camera if its a rotating camera. Second thing, u need to ask if ur Service Provider provides 3G Service or not and how they charge u for ur video calls usage, normally they will activate ur telephone line into 3G and send some settings to be saved into ur phone like how GPRS is confugured. Third thing to consider, if u want to enjoy ur 3G phone, then u need ur friend to have 3G phone and services too or else u wont be able to do video call because the other end is not capable. ABout Nokia 7600 THIS IS DUAL BAND PHONE.. ITS NOT 3G.
