J.Natasya I've had this phone for over a year and it still works despite being dropped on hard surfaces a couple of times (not intentionally of course!).However, it would've been great if the battery's life is longer. I still love my v878 though!
AL If u are not able to find accesories...well...try some from older sagem models like...mw series or mc/rc 922...I'm not sure but it may work...ask for a test...before u buy it...:)

Paul My daughter has had this phone 3 months. Still having problems with it freezing on occasion or refusing to switch on.
The major problem though was with battery life. The manual specifies at least 220 hours on standby, yet we found that it was more like 20 hours on standby. If you made a call or played a video, then you are in real trouble. This is clearly unacceptable.
I noted a comment on this site suggesting turning off GPRS. I tried this with no improvement. However I did find something which dramatically improves battery life and I think this may be the answer to this problem.
Turn off IrDA except when you are actually using it. This is the Infra Red interface.
(Settings - Connectivity - IrDA - OFF)
Try it and let me know if it works for you!
