Helbh Razer, try to load a EEPROM backup into the phone ... it helped me with "wrong software" problem...

Lorraine I have volunteered to look for a solution for a problem my friend has with this phone. She keeps getting the letters e and g appearing and despite looking in the reference guide and asking the man at the shop, she is still no nearer finding out the meaning of these letters.
