dan I used one of these for maybe 4 months and all I can say is that its a great phone! The one that I have is an older AT&T phone that I unlocked and used with cingular. It has been very durable; I tend to drop things alot. My only 2 complaints are: camera doesn't work all the time (probably due to my abuse), and the signal reception isn't the greatest... but not too bad.
