Philips Xenium 9@9a Product Reviews

Bella DeRonda I've had this phone since Jan 04. I'm not a fussy person, but this phone has given me loads of problems:
1) if I keep it in my bag for a few hours it switches itself off.
2) the ring tone has a habit of switching itself off at will. I have missed calls due to this.
3) the games don't always download, I get "error" messages 3 out of 10 times.
4) the "buzz" from the games switches itself on and off at random!
5) I have to choose my wallpaper display twice each time I change it, as the first time I do it it doesn't appear on the screen!
6) the LCD display has gone darker over the 18 months I've had the phone.
7) the ringtones are not very nice - the sound is tinny and annoying.
8) the battery cover fell off 4 months after I got the phone; it's now sellotaped on.
9) the battery never lasts more than 1 day. I keep the phone charged overnight each night, otherwise I have a dead phone the next day.
10) it always manages to find the "internet" connection when it's been left in my bag for any length of time, I've been charged for connections I never intended to make!

In short, if you're after a basic first phone, this is okay. But there are so many beautiful, new models out there, with added displays and other dinky features, don't waste your money on this one. I'm getting a Sony Ericsson K300i next!

Danny Boi This phone doesn't have video. Also, the phone is very new so its extremely hard to find any ringtones, games, covers, cases for this specific model. The only thing you can get is an LG compatible charger. Otherwise, you have to wait a few more months before KG245-specific products turn up.

Attrix Hello me again...

NOEZ's I've read most of the comment here, and i think most of friends here didn't know what is the true capability of the Treo. They didn't know what phone they truly need. If you have Treo, it means that you're already have an allround mobile phone. it's true that there're pro's and cons ( didn't all mobile phone did?). I have Treo 650 and it never let me down. If you want megapixel, buy a camera, if you want wifi, buy a true PDA, if you had bad reception, blame your provider, and if you want everything, buy a computer store...;-)

JaMed without Symbian ,this phone will be more sucks than x700 and x800

tia its an OK phone i like the camera but i hate the fact that it has no bluetooth :(

Sam HELLO EVERYONE I M A MOTOROLA FAN I M CURRENTLY USING THE E398 AND ~SHUN~ i would like to say that most of the moto colour phones' screen are very mush bigger and nicer than nokia phones ... ha anyway this is a great and small phones with most of the 'WANTED' features by the current mobile phone users this phone should be graded an 8 out of 10 !but too bad it does not support bluetooth

bob Hi
I broke my phone and a mate gave me a Motoola, just says timeport on it, looks like the 260 but a bit curvier! Slim at the bottom. Anyone any idea of the model and where I could get software to use the infra red port and download the Nokia address book?

Bob
