Lucy Oh good grief! Spare me from this phone and from Motorola. Never again. I have had it 5 months and already had to have it replaced once. The replacement is no better than the first one. And Motorola goes out of their way to be as un-helpful as possible. Their idea of great service is to ship it to them and do without a phone for three weeks while they make up their minds if they are going to grace you with something remotely close to what you paid for...... a working phone. Cingular (my service provider) is no better. I spent 47 minutes on hold with them before I ever got to talk to a real live human being. All tolled, I was on the phone for 1 hour and 23 minutes. They arranged for sending me this replacement phone (which was "refurbished". Didn't I pay for a new phone? If I wanted a used one, I'd have gone to ebay.
The first one would drop calls, lose signal, and sometimes just turn itself off. The replacement one has horrible garbled reception, drops calls, and sometimes goes directly to voice mail even though I have what it indicates is a full signal and fully charged battery. And it gives me no notification that I have missed that call, and no notice that I have received a voice mail. I can't tell by looking at it whether it is working or not. My only option is to turn it off, remove the battery, reinstall the battery and restart the phone. At least that way, a couple of times a day I can check to see if I have missed anything or not. Why should anyone have to do that? Goodbye Moto

*#7780# is for light reset. If this code will not help try:
*#7370# This reset is very deep! It will destroy all information you have. You should make backup to memory card and after reset uppload it back. I had damaged N-GAGE..deep reset helped to fix it. Good luck

bb they shud all be the same 1 beat engine, so it shud work on al toshiba fone, but if not , try n auct 1 from ebay or yahoo auction hk or jp as there r many sellers
