Dan Hi i've had this phone for a good 5 months and have recently seen the sharp gx25 ferrari edition for those who haven't seen it i recommend you do try but i want to take the covers off my one and spray it red and black to give it a two-tone effect does anyone know what sort of a screwdriver i would need and is there any sort of diagrams of how to dismantle the unit without breaking it if so send an email to chamd001@medway.org.uk please help someone!!

i bought this model in July 2003. i faced a LOT of trouble and here in Malaysia the service centers are so poor! they can't help in doing anything. after 1 month only the speaker are not functioning (when dialing! u dun know whether u get through or not until some1 pick it up at the other end!) and not only that, the voice recorder sometimes working and other times NOT! the main screen are not as sensitive as 1st when i bought it! not to say about the infrared system! only after i have bought it i realized that it cannot get along with other normal phone's infrared nor my IBM notebook's infrared! basically it is useless! the data connecting cable also not using USB head as they should know that how good USB is nowadays... i really felt dissapointed by this models!
