Philips 636 Product Reviews

emmanuel I think i am most fascinated by this product of yours and will preach it all around the places I go so that people will avail themselves the opportunity of using this wonderful product and hence encourage you to continue in your good work.
I wish I could lay my hands on it.
leead on.

st i hate this phone. it constantly freezes and you can't add mem. card. what is the point of having a media player if it can't even hold more than 2 mp3 songs? as well, you can't check how long each phone call was and it doesn't remind you that you have a missed call. i don't think i'll ever purchase another sony ericsson after this. i'm trying to get rid of it but no one wants it because it's so bad. the buttons are also so close together that it's hard to text, and the little camera flip thing isn't very efficient. if you put it in your bag, it will unknowingly flip ON, and waste the battery because the camera turns on and the lens gets all scratched up. the only thing good about this phone is decent reception and a long lasting battery. but the features are absolute garbage. don't waste of money like i did.

<unknown> Think this is great gift for people.. i thinking of buying this to a customer who did a presentation us and end up giving us a hardware deal.. hopes he likes it... and hope this works in our region Sri lanka

BANAN BIMBO I have had this phone since april and i think it is good for a simple phone that you don't use alot as this phone runs out of battery quickly and i have had to have it fixed twice as the joystick broke off and the phone deleted all my numbers and pictures i wouldn't keep this phone for much longer !

Dan the code someone spoke of is : 00000000

8 X 0

Further,

i was wondering, how do you see how is calling without an outside screen?? and in it answers your call by opening the phone, how can you ignore someone how you dont want to speak to??

Ashraf The siemens sx1 is a top phone, even today, I bought mine 3 years ago. I have had problems with it but have found the customer service from Siemens to be excellent. The phone has Bluetooth as well as infra red so the connectivity is excellent. You can use RS MMC cards in it with no problem. Im even using Route 66 on it (it cant handle Tom tom due to memory) with the SX1 car kit installed. In short i havent found a phone in 3 years that will give me something extra worth having. The alarm clock on the world clock is excellent, even the Nokia N70 doesnt have the alarm that you can set for working days, weekends etc. Great feature. Siemens... SX2 please!! And dont lose any of these features from the SX1. New firmware upgrade (free from siemens site) has nightshot, and is terrific.

ShAnI Only 2MB memory its too bad no good feautres no good battery life I won't waste money even if its price is cheap.

GTA If you're going for looks, yes, this is the phone to get. It's cute and small. It's user friendly, and has the basic features that all phones have. One major problem about it is the volume of the other party when using the phone. It's hard to hear, even if you set it at the loudest. Basically to enjoy a normal conversation, you would need an environment to be complete silence. I found it quite annoying, I am no longer using it.

ergun the only problems with this phone proper working temperatures and 1800mhz crystal. in a cold day dont try to use this phone outside it usually gives sim code error and there will be some dead-pixs on the screen...

chika mike Guys do u know i just recently got dis phone and i see it to be da bomb. it simply makes me feel coooooooooooooooooooooooooool. thanks.
chika.
