Malcolm Hall In fact this isnt the same as the SPV C550. The C550 has a higher res screen at 320x240. The C550 is a Qtek 8200 I believe.

Mr sam sung Hi Charlotte, if you uninstall the samsung 3.0 software and remove the driver in control panel/device manager. reboot your computer (make sure your phone is not connected to the usb) then install ALL the software BEFORE you plug the phone in and then it should work, it did for me

<unknown> I have tried to set downloaded videos as ringtones but the option is disabled, any ideas why that is? I can set videos made with the phone as ringtones but no others. The downloaded ones appear to be the same format so I don’t know what the problem is.
DL I have just forked out £299.99 for one of these off line in the UK. In my opinion is the best £300 i could spend on a phone brand new phone. Be it that its 3 years old, but this piece of kit is timeless. In a few years time, i think i could sell it for double the price. Anyway, salute to NOKIA 8850. Geniune class.
