Gus I use the e-mail client on this phone. Today I try to retrieve mail and the client tells me that the memory is full. I deleted all the messages in all the folder, but the memory status still says: Mumber of messages : 0, Memory used : 100%????!!!!!

I restarted the phone and even set back the factory setting but the e-mail client still won't work. There is nothing in the user manual that covers this error either.

Any help would be appreciated.

henry this phone is like hell first the network reception is the worst of all phones i have ever held and secondly it keeps turn its self off i hate this if you are the office type like me this phone is useless needs the likes who from outside even when you just below an antenna the thing won't receive properly this phone is not a phone its a peice of shit i have only had for one week and i can't help but say iam thinkin about discarding it its bogus slim type of phone shit makes are just chaetin us to sell us such substandard peice of crap shit

waqar hi i have the 616v version of this fone. one thing i cant make up is, that it says this fone has an mp3 player. i have transferred mp3 files from my pc to the fone both internal and card memory, but it doesnt play these files. i wonder why. can some one please email me what im not doing right. ur help will be much appreciated. k I purchased this phone a few days ago, and my battery life is fine, but i noticed that the phone will drop calls periodically. Is there some kind of software upgrade? also, does anyone else have this problem?
