Audrey I have an O2 Atom phone but do not know for sure if I can increase the memory of the phone. If this is possible, can someone show me how to do it? My brother got it for me as a present... but I don't know how to play around with it.... Help!!!!!!!!

nodeffect This is really a good phone, very professional design and ease of use. I've been using it for 1 week, and no problems at all. The camera is good, very clear and bright. It's a user friendly phone. Furthermore, you can replace the phone cover if it's cracked or have signs of wear. Unlike other phones, you can't replace a new cover. Somehow, the keys are abit too small, sometimes I press the wrong button because it is so easy to reach from one and another due to the small size and the keys are sticking together. The size is not big, but not small, its average, it fits my pocket anyway even if I had a small pocket. The speed is average for this phone, near to fast. Overall, I give this phone 8/10 in terms of the features, the stability, the design and speed.

I don't have a vk 2020 but a 2010. I am very satisfy with it except one thing. I have sms issue when trying to send long sms. It doesn't work and I have to restart the phone. i also had this problem with my old vk2000. I saw that someone of you said that a soft upgrade was available for vk2020 to solve that issue ? Do you know where i can find it ? And is it also available for vk2010 ?

I bought this phone couple of days back.
It looks good but the ok button in joy stick is horrible,very difficult to use. Another issue is picture clarity in camera is poor and no ways u can send the sanps to ur computer.
On whole it a good worth for the money

Sjef Werkplaats I have the phone for 3 weeks now. I love the battery life. I only charged it once, and it already lasts for over 2 weeks with regular calling. I also think the quality of the sound is very good and the handsfree option is perfect (the other one can hear u and u can hear him).
For me there are no negative points.
