Ginger Well i get this phone a few monthsago and i like it very much!Before this I had a Motorola E380 so i feel the change.Is true
that the memory is not enough, but the batery is quite good 5 day in a row!
Is a shame that it hasn´t bluetooth, but the infrared port works fine, I miss don´t have
indentificated all my contacts with a diff.

<unknown> Ive had this phone for aagggeeessss and its a really good phone overall... if you take more portrait sized pics it saves memory cos with all my pics u can only have around 30 seconds of videos but apart from that memory problem its great. I would recommend it to anyone. Its really easy to use and really cool I LOVE IT!! :D

Johnny M I brought this phone 6 weeks ago. Everything works fine. Setting up the LG agent software was pretty easy, once thats done you can download MP3, wallpapers, and MIDI's to the phone. The one thing I found out was that some MIDI file may not play on the phone - but they seems to be the ones with 12 channels or more.

The reception is very good, the battery life is ok - especially with 2 screens. The previous phones I have had Nokia, Motorola , SonyEricsson cannot compare. The twin speaker gives reason music quality if you like to play your MP3's out loud.

Overall, my best mobile phone to date.

zeffjeff Used the phone 4 bout 4 months now. Can anyone tell me if the software can be upgraded? And also, is the a function where it locked by itself after a minute or 2 to prevent unauthorised use, such as other people to read messages. My previous nokia 3230 has this function which i find very usefull. Thank you

<unknown> For anyone thinking about getting this phone for its camera.

This is not the phone for you, the camera is less than average in my opinion. I did a thorough comparison today with nokia 7610, both are 1+ megapixel. e870 is way more blurry in the highest picture quality regardless of object and lighting. 7610 is more than a year old and it still beats 870.

So if camera is what you're looking for than this a bit stylish phone isn't for you but no other complains about this phone.
