parker get the cd pack and cable off ebay. then go to the Nec webiste and look up the i model phones, then it will have software that u can download, one of the programs for an i phone will work for all the phones. the drivers for usb will be on the cd that u recieve. well thats what i did ne way and i have mp3's on my N401i

shame about the design
sachin i have tried the infrared option its not working with other phones even after activate please tell me what other i have to do.do i need to take of the covers of mobile also? is there need of direct contact without disturbance of the cover?
Milo Hell yeah, this piece of crap really sucks, it's fine the first few weeks but after that, it mysteriously developes some kind of weird oil-like spots on the display.(which won't be refunded, by the way)
My advise, stay away from this little money sucking monster!
Morter ! if want to buy a camera phone, don't buy one with 320x220 (or something like this) pixels but buy one with 640x480 (or something like this) pixels.
