The Jet Audio 6.2 is freeware and you can get it free from:

To change the bitrate of mp3 file, open Jet Audio and click “Conversion” tab.... Now add source mp3 file....then select “output format” as mp3 or mp3 pro.... click “Config...” and set CBR to 192 or 256 or 320 kb/s .... then click “start” button... this will start the bitrate conversion.... it's so simple.....

The Link please i would like 2 know if anyone else in this forum lives in trinidad and has a data cable,i would like 2 know where 2 buy a data in trinidad (cause i live of course ) any way i have the panasonic X300 i think it is cool but the bad thing is it has no infrared port or blue tooth so it is hard 2 get wll papers and ringtone and games etc.. my sonyericsson t316 doesnt even have a camera but it has infrared so it is easy 2 get stuff 4 it some one please help thanks anyway i n advance

keshy you alcatel people are so damn bias. you all dont like to hear the truth. i just posted my opinion which was indeed the truth but i guess because it dont please you u did not post it to the public. when i said that the stupid phone was simple cool u accepted that though. thats why i love sony ericsson cause they are so faithful fair and true to me. i can bet u will not post this one also but i dont care i am jus glad u herad my point.
