NEC e616 Product Reviews

Tarantula @Abe

First of all, you will have arguments to say that SE phones are a garbaje.

You must known that sony dont make phones, the company that make phones is a joint venture between sony and ericsson and named sony ericsson.

Ericsson is a leader in wireless tech, and for it have the most list of patents in the world, follow by nokia
Ericsson sells technology to your beloved samsung, sells circuits maps, wireless tech (GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, Bluetooth), and like samsung other manufacturers buy tech from ericsson like LG, sagem, etc.

Your beloved Bluetooth is an ericsson invention in SIG (Special Interest Group), ericsson develop this tech and brings bluetooth phones long time ago (the excellent ericsson T39m)

The clamshell and slider design were first in motorola and siemens respectively, isnt a samsung property and i say that motorola make a revolution with RAZR series, for it samsung, LG and others follow this successful design.

You have your own tastes, but overall K800 is a better phone than Z710

... love the voice memo / intergrated handsfree ... the size is getting little bit too big nowadays though ... and the buttons suck big time.

boki hi great phone

ghali well right now im confused...i decided 2 change ma 9110 to nokia 7650.which one u think is better?!should i buy d 7650?!coz d 9110 not match with ma soul...its so complicated to used.

<unknown> It was my first phone. It served its purpose for almost 5 years since 1999. Quite durable. Drop it a lot of times & its still working. However in 2003, the screen starts fading and the sms alert keeps going to the loud type even when i change it maybe due to the drops. Changed the battery & casing. I'm keeping it for sentimental values. Maybe i'll use it again sometime. For now I'm using my Treo 270 and N2100.

<unknown> I don't know why people keep comparing all the new 3.2MP cam fones 2 the sharp 903? for a start it's huge and way too expensive and on top of that you can only get it on vodafone! with more fones like this coming to the market a lot of people can afford a 3.2MP fone on their own network and not feel as if they'r carrying a small child in their pocket!

Isah i can't send anytone to my phone through infared why dat.

it wasn't me seems like no one have dis fone yet but keep in mind, looks aren't everything! ive had a NEC e606 fone b4 & it's ok, jus ok but it could've been SO MUCH BETTER though! it lags, and twice(couple months apart) it wiped out my pics, msgs, songs for no reason(i was just recharging it) and by reading NEC e616 reviews... man d software is STILL soooo bad and d battery life lasts just a freaking day! so hopefully wid dis one dat dey have fixed all d bugs in their software... im just sayin... think twice and shop around b4 u get dis cuz i aint so sure!

Iyo kiero tako bel this looks exactly like the rocker

Julio hey what's up this fone is awesome, but one of the things tha it don't have is a mp3 music player....b sure that you wanted this fone without tha funct.
