NEC DB500 Product Reviews

Bernard James hi... would like to ask...
scenario:
i UPLOADED a few PICS FROM PC to phone via usb...
and if i go to file manager and view the pictures... when put in horizontal mode, some of them can be zoomed... that is the magnifying glass shows... while with some pictures i can't zoom , that is the magnifying glass doesn't show and even if i press the +/- nothing happens. Please help me why...
i tried resizing the pics with Photoshop but it's still the same... i browsed the net for it, i've read that it maybe the compression of the photos that i uploaded. how then can i compress the jpg to the right compression?
also...
when i use the PANORAMA, the image resolution varies... and when it does... some pics can be zoomed while some can't just like the pics uploaded from pc...
does the Adobe Photoshop Starter Edition solve this??? or any other software?
you may want to try doing these things :-) upload jpg from pc and panorama

i think d fellow/friend who told u dat just conclusively said 6270's loudspeaker is louder than 3250's coz of d "stereo speakers" it has, ask for me 3250 is definitely louder than 6270's loudspeaker, i've tried 6270 at a nokia store and tested it head to head w/ my 3250. here's wat i did, i transferred a mp3 file from my 3250 to d 6270 and set both master volume to max and virtually set up d same equalizer setting, and there, i found out 3250 is louder! =) u can do d same and c for urself too..

Dave I've had this phone for about 8 months now. I bought this because i wanted a basic phone that didn't have a camera and all that other crap, because i have a proper digital cam. THis phone has been fantastic. It's looks great, and its got a great flashing thing every time it rings or if you've missed a call, it flashes every 3 seconds to let you know. Its got a good size phone book. You can surf the net on it, but can't download which is a negative (u just have to go to the vodafone website - if you with vodaphone) and get it from there. It's really loud if you want it to be, both for ring tones and for speaking. People say that they don't like the rubber key pad, but i reckon it's great! NOthing gets stuck in the keys and i've got it wet a few times and nothing has eventuated from it, which is good. I've also dropped it on like a weekly if not daily basis and it can stand a fair bit. It's got a few scratches from it but nothing happend to the internal side of it. The calender is fantastic, I use the reminders every day! There are a few cool games that came with it. It is a simple menu setup to use, you'd have to be braindead not to understand it. I'd recommend it to anyone who doesn't want a camera with their phone! 9/10

Anonymous An excelent phone in the class of tough devices. Rain, dust and some drops and still working as new. You can change your girlfriend but not a ME45. :-)
