Blaine I bought the phone in october and all in all it's a really good phone. unfortunately the same thing happened to me with the sound. a few days after christmas my sounds just disappeared. and its april and i still dont have them back. they randomly appeared sometime in february but within 2 minutes they'd gone again. you don't get any software with it in england for transferring pictures, so i send them as email attachments to and from my own email address, which is both online and on my mobile... if that makes sense.
if anyone else has had the sound problem please post on here as i'd like to know if this is a manufacturing error.
