Viking Great look, horrible phone.
Have to join the ranks of users that curse this phone for its faults. Had mine for around a year and it started turning off every time the slide was closed and keys were not working - estimated repair cost around USD 175 - no way! Will be looking out for the new Samsung E800 instead.
LEZ hi, i am having the same problem as most people on this forum, i cant seem to be able get my mp3s to play as my ring tones.
i have moved all the songs from my old phone to this new one, but i cant play them on the samsung. can anyone help??

loved the phone I had x800 for about 6 month and it went dead on me. the phone shuts down often while talking and I put the battery back in and turn it on it comes back but now it did not respond and all my data is gone.panasonic tried to change the screen but still not working.I really loved the design of this phone but I will get different phone.
Mike I had this phone 2 yrs and I love it but the thing I dont like is the battery is bad because it always empty in one day even I didnt talk on the phone that much.. Are their anyway to save the battery because what happen if you listen to music then...
