Unknown really? how come at http://www.lghandphones.com/LG%20G8000.htm it says that SMS not possible to set to vibrate; SMS tones do not vibrate ?

Katlego This phone is one of the worst done by Nokia, looks nice on the outside but has so little features. Not even your basic WAP.

CleanScratch I have this phone now a year and a bit, still sturdy, battery still lasts fine etc.

But i want to use the IR, and am looking for info especially about transferring my telephone numbers to my computer, if any body can help id be very gatefull, sound.

Garibaldi This phone is going to be discontinued for sure.... Look at the trend! Everybody is making SLIM Phones including Samsung. 14- 15 mm wide! This one looks at least 20-22mm.So the designers will be influenced by the..... numbers!!! Too bad. This phone looks and probably feels like a real MACHINE!!

Kieran Mc Dermottroe Absolute beautiful phone perfect for roaming and loads of extras. However when I am in Ireland I need to use another sim card,ie, Vodaphone,Ireland network one, as it is to costly to use the Vodaphone japan one. I need it unlocked for this to happen but unfortunally Vodaphone will not let me unlock it, any suggestions.

xapper This is a really nice looking phone - and quite sturdy too, with an aluminum casing. The PC sync is really handy at this price point - hardly any of the other phones have it - and it allowed me to transfer my contacts over from Outlook without hassle.

There is only one outstanding niggle for me - whenever I receive new messages, they usually go straight to the SIM card (unless they are from O2 - when they go to the phone). This means I get a "memory full" after only 10 messages. I can't seem to find a way of moving messages, or working around this. Does anyone else have a solution?

billy I think this phone is the best phone in the world it looks so buff and if you want a phone with good tecnlogy this is the one for you wht do people complain about the touch pad it is really cool and if you are thinkind about getting it you should get it . The d900 is also a really nice phone (its the second best phone in the world) and so is the d800 and d600 they are all really good phones
