I was a bit confused just like you, but then I bought mine from plemix's ebay store and they shipped it from Hingkong the next day.got it in 2 days.
However when I was having trouble with my phone they didnt bother to answer back.

afshin hi to whom it may be usefull me and my colleagues work in national iranian oil componey in a comparison between multi function phnes(siemens-nokia-lg and samsung )though sony-eric family have inherited the best sound quality from sony but the have really poor quality of image and very bad film capturing they have a lot of noise in pixels in p910--p900--k700-k500 i/ve not tested s700?! many models of nokia ,siemens and even samsung which are a lot cheper than p or k seriers have a lot better image quality...thanks 4 ur time..
H I have this phone for a week now. I did buy it in Germany and it is 430 euros (370 if tax free). Overall I'm happy with performance - long startup, but then you don't do many of those. The only issue I had so far is that when it stays locked for longer period I can't unlock it - well I can, but it shows sign of lock and I have only contacts available (to reset it I have to remove battery).
