Technicalista I'm a mobile phone advisor, and there are a couple of problems that regularly appear with this handset...

1) Problems transferring the MP3s to the memory card. The solution is first to unplug the handset. Then, enter the main menu, select "Settings", "PC connection", then "T-Flash Card". Then reboot your PC, and once it has restarted, plug in the handset again, and it should recognise it as a removable disk, onto which you can drag and drop your MP3s. Another point to note is that this is a pure MP3 player, and will not accept WMAs, or other audio formats. So if it's in WMA, convert it first. You do not need to install the disk of software to transfer MP3s.

2) Keypad lock - Enter the main menu, "Settings", "Phone Settings" and then "Auto Key Lock". Switching this to "off" will stop the keypad from automatically locking, which soon becomes irritating.

My advice would be, that if you like this handset, save up and buy the L6, saves you a lot of hassle in the long term...

mollo This is most certainly going against the grain but i had the X3 until it was stolen and as a replacement bought the x4.Compared to the X3 (which had a fair few faults) im really not a fan of the X4.For a newer model its got a poor camera,is fat and heavy and the battery life is awful.Don't buy it.

Vss help to turn language to english.first you press the first button on the left, then with the big button in the middle you go down in the menu till you find the image of settings, its something like a screwdriver.then you press the first button on the left to choose this and the second option you see then is the languages.hope i helped you.vss
