Dave from Denver I purchased the M600+ thinking it would be my answer to all my PPC needs. It wasn't. It continually dropped GPRS data connection. I had to reset the GSM several times a day inorder to receive my Exchange Server Direct Push Email (defeated the purpose of Direct Push) and connect to the Internet. Bluetooth echoed, did not pair with my 2005 BMW. I found it to be very disappointing. I now have a I-mate Jamin. My Jamin is fantastic!!!

Mazhar why the voice level become lopw during vedio recording in imate pda2k. can anyone help me in this regard. only voice recording level is gr8 and good quality.

Dave Ford If you think that this phone is ok, you have almost certainly been deceived. You will be lucky if this phone lasts you a year. Most of my family ended up getting this phone and they have now all (4) been sent back. Three replace the handset for a different one if it mucks up within 10 months, else you get a 'refurbished one'. Given the choice, don't get it - it will lock up and you will lose all of your numbers and content.
That aside, the speakerphone is V.POOR - the other person will get soo annoyed hearing their voice with the echo! (Motorola have this problem too).
As for support - you should just try any of the lg (or lge) websites. Look great (maybe) but as for content - it's hard enough to locate this product let alone download the software for it - which I might add, is also pretty poor.
Given the choice, don't get this phone.
In summary - it's a prototype phone. I only hope for LG that their new phones are better than this.

FERNANDO my dougther allways has this brand (the first one was an one touch, the second was an 3o1 and now she has a 311) she is very happy with this mobile she prefer this brand she told that this is a friendly phone for a young people
