Steven it's a very cute cell phone. even if the battery is not like Duracel (and goin, and goin, and goin) :) it's small and for a man who wants only to call and to be called on it it's ok. if you want a cell phone with videocamera and recorder and mp3 and whatevr you want BUY A LAPTOP OR PC. phones are made to call and to be called not to use them like a pc. i'm satisfyed with my X400. i love it. panasonic rules. i had before a GD52 and it was a great phone too. so Panasonic rules guys even if you like it or not
