I have qtek 1020, i am facing lot of problems in the set, the main problem is while taking to somebody the line will be hanging frequently. If any one knows the solution, please let me know immediately. I met the company several times, but they themseleves do not know why the problems is coming.

HINT: before sending ur 1st mms you have to activate it seperatly.
hairu hi,am a nigerian guy,my dad bought this laudable phone,am using nokia which really enhanced gprs and the ability to use sound recorded as ones ringtones,but its painful to my dad that he cant customised his ringtone,which i can do with my nokia phone.and thats one of the main reason forbuying the phone.
