ionut the phone is one of the most beautiful ever... and thats about it. i've had it for about 6 month, and i got no problem with it as a phone. its quite great actually, the batery lasts long enough, good signal and stuff, but other than that its stupid. camera aint satisfactory, no voice call and the menu isnt very userfriendly to search for contacts. anyway, i recomant it only if you want to use it a phone. it totaly sucks considering all other features.

sergi This one is great, just got mine a week now, really like the interface and it feels just right!
mathfeel Turn on speaker phone and got that high-pitch echo! Hold, then un-hold seems to the only way to get rid of it. You cannot upgrade firmware yourself. No group-specific ringtone.
Other than that, this is a great great phone!!

Eoghain Having used this PDA for quite a while for work I have found it to be both stable and reliable. Their is a must list that has kept me from having the same troubles some of the others have had.
1 Active Sync is there for a reason - you should use it at all times or you should expect trouble.
2 The bluetooth headsets that sooo many of the others have been upset about should be returned (my retailer actually gave me a few to choose from free-of-charge) and replaced with one that developes a more solid sync. (call your voicemail and stay on line for 2-3mins to check stability.
3. If the unit is faulty, replace it with a product of equal or superior quality. Know your consumer rights. If the product is so bad and everybody returns it, it will make them think twice before inflicting us with rubbish.
Oh on a personal note mine is super, i have already sold the upgrade and kept the IIs
