Lisa I know it's really difficult to gett he cable and siftware - I ordered one from Ebay and it was a pirate and wouldn't work on the PC. I phoned NEC to complain - they said you can buy it from Semen Nedis - they have a website and you can phone through your order. £23 for the cable and legitimate software, including postage. Works perfectly!!! Now I have another problem - I can put MP3s onto the phone and listen to them individually, but everytime I try to add a song to my Playlist, it says "unable to play". Any help?
karel I have a 8850 phone for about 4 years now and it has never let me down. Best looking and working phone around. Surely it doesn't have a camera or other gadgets, which is perfect so nothing can break down. If you need to take pictures, buy a nice camera...

umm..i think, it is easy to use.
Nomansland for such a cheap fone ($199AUD) it is extremely good, ive had it for about 1/2 a year now and if ur not worried about all the fancy functions and just need a fone 2 perform 2 task - calling and msging- it is the best. the keys are beautifully spaced apart, with a simply yet intuitive menu system. there is no problem at all during calls as the volume is loud and clear whilst u can still msg at the same time as u call. simply a great fone that serves it purpose well. battery life is pretti good too
