I totally agree with you.
Indoors I can hear people loud enough, but when outside it's a total mess!
If this phone at least had a bluetooth than the low sound volume wouldn't be that much of the issue.
QUESTION TO NOKIA CORP:
What is wrong with you lately?
Why didn't 6101 had a bluetooth like 6103 does now? And that's when you already were capable of making 6260and some other models with bluetooth!!!!!

I am Anjum From Pakistan, I am having problem by downloading the phonebook to pc. I have tried many software including EasyGsm but unable to connect. Becca I´ve got this phone from Vodafone for free. It`s about 6 monts now. And I love the phone! the sony ericsson v600 is great! Sure it may be better phones but I``m really glad that I bought this phone.

Pawel About playing .vmo files:
1. Install DES
2. In this enable 'Convert file' (one of the icon in windows explorer, something like two files with red arrow)
3. Just copy the .vmo files to your hard disk
4. DES will convert them into .wav files - you can use any of windows playaer then
