Nic I've found this to be a fantastic phone until last night. The phone itself wont load up properly and freezes on the initial start up screen. I have had it chipped to use on O2 but have had it under 12 months. Any ideas of what I can do??

val cal ben, you must have got a lemon. i get 4 days easy a charge with LOTS of talk time. make ur cell company exchange u a new one that works. I love the features, aim works great, phone is easy to figure out as you use, except for the email. I am lost on that one. and the MP3 deal...but i'm not a music downloader. phone is good for the user, easy pic taking, just looks clunky. not for the pimp who wants to have a good looking phone. desireable faceplates are hard to find and its not the smallest phone in teh world. I wish it was smaller and curvier. i like how theres no antenna to break =)

raoul e. espedido 1. the sound is very inferior. you may record memo and compose but they come out harsh and vey uneven loudness
2. there is no way you can put a stored phone number in your SMS. you must type the number yourself if you want to send it vis SMS (very frustrating)
3. the okay button misfires. sometimes two to three presses before it works
4. the manual is badly written. there are things that you can and cannot do that are not documented.
It's a pity because for its looks, i'd give it a 10!
Imtiaz Spent hours on tapping the target but no success in aligning the screen after removal of batteries for more than eight hours.
