<unknown> u can send video through e-mail, bluetooth or as mms. careful though- if u have cingular, internet won't work with an unlocked version of this phone.
Mac@ This does look like a pretty good phone....good spec, but it does not look nearly as cool as Mitac Mio A701.....now that's a good looking PDA/GPS/Phone combo....
What do you think?????
Josh I need the USB driver please as my fone is overloaded. Please send it to me THanx.
Jitesh I'm also facing the same problem. My phone was working fine for two years. Then out of no where, the phone started giving me trouble with its battery....even when the battery is full...i am not able to talk for more than 5 mins at a stretch. It shows low battery and the phone switches off....very annoying. Does anyone know why?
marcois well for all the posters who have strong opinions about this phone, but do not OWN one, listen up. I do own one, and it's a very nice little phone. Good reception, decent camera (for the money), nice color screen, good internet features, and it really fits into any pocket. What the heck else is a phone in this price range supposed to do? and by the way, I don't think bluetooth is necassary in a phone, so I don't miss it, though I understand others feel differently. I use phones for a month or two and move on. I've had nokia, Motorola, Sony, Sendo, Siemens (least fav) and this Philips is as good as any of them. Actually, it's better than any Moto, Siemens or Sony I've owned.
<unknown> For all of you who think buying a digital cammera is a better deal, you're not getting the point that this is ALSO A PHONE!!
RhythmicDias My big thanks to you all who responded quickly with full details.
What I'm still confused is about the EQ I mentioned. I held the phone in my hand and when I accessed the equilizer option, it had a "manual" option on the right lower dislpay, and I clicked it which brought a red square or polygon (indicative of selected item) to the first graphic EQ on the display and moving the navigation key up and down changed the setting for the first EQ (supposedly bass, I think). But to note, during this time, I had not started playing any media file.
@DarkRay, did you mean that even if we can set EQ manually, we cannot save it or the "manual" setting which I saw and described there is just of no effect??
In the SE website, in the z550i page, on the left side it has interative option and in that interative option also I saw manual EQ control, but not sure if we can save them or not.
Thanks again to all
