koko Thanks - but I got bluejacked on an old phone so I don't use bluetooth at all and I don't even know if my pc has the capability :-s Anyhow I went to samsungmobile.com and downloaded all the relevant software and have now been able to upload and download the music and photo's that I wanted to.
Thanks for taking the time to read and reply though.
And I still think it's a fab little phone even if the downloading isn't as easy as the motorola's :-)
